Notice on the 2026 Annual Review of Scholarships for International Students
根据国家留学基金管理委员会《关于做好2026年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作的通知》（留金来管〔2026〕4号）文件精神，结合我校实际，现启动我校2026年中国政府奖学金生及其他各类国际奖学金生的年度评审工作。现将有关工作通知如下：
In accordance with the document Notice on Effectively Conducting the 2026 Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarships issued by the China Scholarship Council, and in light of the actual situation of our university, we hereby launch the 2026 annual review for students holding Chinese Government Scholarships and other types of international scholarships at our university. Relevant matters are notified as follows:
一、评审对象
Eligibility for Review
原则上2026年9月之后将继续享受中国政府奖学金及其他各类奖学金的学生，包括无法按原计划于2026年7月毕业拟申请延期的学生，以及2025年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格拟申请恢复奖学金的学生，均须参评。
In principle, all students who will continue to receive the Chinese Government Scholarship or other scholarships after September 2026 must participate in the review. This includes:
1. Students who are unable to graduate as originally scheduled in July 2026 and intend to apply for an extension of their scholarship funding period;
2. Students whose scholarship was suspended due to failure in the 2025 scholarship review and who intend to apply for reinstatement.

三、工作流程及时间安排
Procedures and Timeline
（一）核定参评学生名单（4月17日之前）
Confirmation of Eligible Student List (by April 17)
国际教育学院与各培养单位核对、确定参评学生名单。
School of International Education shall verify and confirm the list of eligible students together with all relevant academic units.
（二）学生自评和导师评价（4月18日-5月8日）
Student Self-Assessment and Supervisor Evaluation (April 18-May 8)
中国政府奖学金生：
For Chinese Government Scholarship Students:
1.学生本人登录国家留学基金委信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn完成自评。学生通过CSC号登录系统后，选择“奖学金年度自评”，根据要求填写相关内容，上传所需材料后提交。操作指南见附件1。
2.学生将《安徽农业大学国际学生年度评审表（导师/辅导员评价）》（附件2）交由导师/辅导员进行填写，并由导师或辅导员本人发送至邮箱ahausie@163.com。
1. Students shall log in to the China Scholarship Council Information System at studyinchina.csc.edu.cn to complete self-assessment. After logging in with their CSC ID, select “Annual Scholarship Self-Assessment”, fill in the required information, upload supporting documents and submit. The operation guide is attached as Appendix 1.
2. Students shall submit the Anhui Agricultural University International Student Annual Review Form (Supervisor/Counselor Evaluation) (Appendix 2) to their supervisor or counselor for completion. The form shall be sent by the supervisor or counselor to the email address: ahausie@163.com.
其他类型奖学金生：
For Students with Other Scholarships:
1.学生本人填写《其他类型奖学金年度评审（学生自评）表》（见附件3），表格内容填写要求参照中国政府奖学金生分项指标要求。
2.学生将《安徽农业大学国际学生年度评审表（导师/辅导员评价）》（附件2）交由导师/辅导员进行填写，并由导师或辅导员本人发送至邮箱ahausie@163.com。
3.学生将《其他类型奖学金年度评审（学生自评）表》、2025年度成绩单（须盖公章）以及其他获奖证书复印件于5月14日下午17:00前提交给国际教育学院班主任。
1. Students shall fill in the Annual Review Form for Other Scholarships (Student Self-Assessment) (Appendix 3) with reference to the indicators for Chinese Government Scholarship students.
2. Students shall submit the completed Anhui Agricultural University International Student Annual Review Form (Supervisor/Counselor Evaluation)(Appendix 2) to their supervisor or counselor for completion. The form shall be sent by the supervisor or counselor to the email address: ahausie@163.com.
3. Students shall submit the completed self-assessment form, official transcript of 2025 academic year (with official seal), and copies of other award certificates to their class advisor at the School of International Education by 17:00 on May 14.
（三）学校评审（5月9日-15日）
University Review (May 9 -15)
学校国际学生奖学金年度评审工作小组召开会议进行审议，并将结果公示五个工作日无异议后，报国家留学基金管理委员会。
The University Working Group for Annual Review of International Student Scholarships will hold a meeting to conduct the review. The results will be publicly announced for five working days. If no objections are raised, the results will be submitted to the China Scholarship Council.
