关于2024年暑期放假安排的通知

Notice For Summer Vacation of 2024

根据我校《关于2024年暑假工作安排的通知》，现将我院安排通知如下：

Dear international students,

According to the Notice of the University on the Arrangement of Summer Vacation of 2024, we would like to inform you of the arrangements and reminders as follows: 

放假时间

Holiday Time

7月13日（周六）至8月29日（周四）放假。8月30日（周五）返校，9月2日（周一）正式上课。9月2日（周一）至3日（周二）老生注册报到。新生报到时间见录取通知书。

Summer vacation time will be from July 13th (Saturday) to August 29th (Thursday) 2024, and student is required to return by August 30th (Friday). New semester class starts from September 2nd (Monday). The registration period for senior international students is September 2nd (Monday) and 3rd (Tuesday). New international student registration date is referred to the admission letter.

Reminders

1．报到注册。同学们须按照学校规定按时到校报到注册。注册报到形式：本人签字（不可代签）。不能及时报到的同学请在8月26日前，按规定需向导师和国际教育学院班主任提交请假申请，获得批准方视为有效。根据留学生考勤相关规定，未请假离校或请假未获批准连续两周、未参加教学活动且没有完成报到注册的同学，将给予自动退学处理。

Registration. Students are required to sign and register by himself in accordance with the regulations of the school. Students who are unable to register on time should hand application first and ask approval from tutors and counselors before August 26th. And it will be deemed valid only if approved. According to regulations of international student attendance, students who can’t register on time and are absent from class for two consecutive weeks without any approvals will be seen giving up the study qualification.

2．严格请销假管理。所有假期有出行计划的学生均需在7月8日下午5:00前扫描下方二维码，如实、准确填写《假期去向登记问卷》，留学生研究生须同步向导师请假。其中申请假期回国的学生还须在7月8日下午5:00前填写《安徽农业大学留学生外出申请表》（附件一），经导师及专业所在学院同意后，报国际教育学院方可回国。所有学生离校及返校时间必须严格按照申请时间执行，如有特殊情况，可提前向班主任汇报。

Obey the regulations of asking or canceling the leave. All students who have travel plans during the holiday are required to scan the QR code below to fill the "Questionnaire of Holiday Destination Registration" before 5:00 pm. on July 8th. Graduate students need to ask for leave from supervisor at the same time. Particularly, student who is going to leave China during the holiday must also fill the "Exit Application Form" (Annex 1) , and submit to the School of International Education before 5:00 pm. on July 8th. After getting all the approvals, students can leave school for destination country. All students must leave and return to school in strict accordance with the application time, and if there are special circumstances, students can report to the counselor in advance.

3．遵守相关法律法规。不组织或参与违法犯罪活动; 严禁非法打工。

Abide by regulations and laws. Do not organize or involve in illegal activities. Illegal employment is strictly prohibited.

4．校内居住的国际学生，需严格遵守校内住宿相关规定。严禁夜不归宿。严禁外来人员留宿。在宿舍内严禁存放或使用各类违禁大功率电器。请注意公寓用水、用电安全，保证人走电断，谨防触电、火灾等事故发生。

International students living in the dormitory should abide by the relevant regulations on campus accommodation. Staying out all night or outsiders staying overnight is strictly forbidden. It is strictly forbidden to store or use all kinds of prohibited high-power electrical appliances in the dormitory. Use all the appliances and kitchen wares in the right way, turn off the power after you leave. Avoid electric shock, fire or other incidents happening.

5．校外居住的国际学生，需严格遵守社区管理规定。严禁涉毒、非法就业、非法居留等违法乱纪行为,提高用电安全、消防安全、反诈安全等方面防范意识。

International students living off-campus should abide by the community management regulations. Illegal drug, employment and residence and other violations of law and discipline are strictly prohibited. Awareness of safety(electricity safety, fire safety, fraud safety, etc.) should be raised.

6．注意交通安全，遵守交通法规。不得无照驾驶。楼宇内不得进行电动车及电池充电。

Abide by traffic regulations and laws. Do not drive without a valid license. It is forbidden to charge battery indoor.

7．预防溺水事故。夏季天气炎热，严禁私自到江河、湖泊、水库、池塘等野外水域游泳或戏水。

Prevention of drowning accidents. In hot summer, it is strictly prohibited to swim or play in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, ponds and other wild waters.
