本网讯 9月16日上午，国际教育学院新学期学生工作例会在综合楼会议室召开，会议由副院长丁惠主持，留学生管理相关老师参加会议。会议围绕新生迎新、安全教育、教育教学、宿舍管理以及学生日常管理等重点事项，交流研讨并布置相关工作。

On the morning of September 16, the School of International Education held its regular student work meeting for the new semester in the conference room of the Comprehensive Building. Chaired by Vice Dean Ding Hui, the meeting was attended by all teachers responsible for international student management. Focusing on new student orientation, safety education, teaching affairs, dormitory management and daily student administration, the meeting conducted in-depth discussions and arranged key work tasks.

会上，大家梳理了新学期留学生报到整体情况，研究各项事务统筹相关事宜。会议提出，要完善留学生评优和榜样宣传机制，做好存量学籍清理，规范各类管理文书。会议强调，要做好与培养学院的沟通联动，严格规范课堂纪律、日常考勤管理，持续夯实留学生教学管理基础。

At the meeting, teachers summarized the overall registration situation of international students in the new semester and discussed the overall arrangement of routine management work. The meeting pointed out that it is essential to improve the evaluation and role model publicity mechanism for international students, clear up overdue student status files, and standardize various administrative documents. It was emphasized that the college should strengthen communication and coordination with relevant training schools, standardize classroom discipline and daily attendance management, and steadily consolidate the foundation of international student teaching management.

会议明确了各项工作分工和推进节点，要求全体留管老师落实工作责任，细化工作举措，兼顾学生服务与风险防控，保障新学期来华留学生各项工作平稳推进。

The meeting clarified the division of responsibilities and work schedules for all tasks. All teachers are required to earnestly perform their duties, refine working measures, balance student services and risk prevention, and ensure the steady progress of all international student management work in the new semester.
