The School of International Education Welcomes International Freshmen of the 2026 Cohort

本网讯 9月5日、6日，来自泰国、越南、印度尼西亚、乌兹别克斯坦、巴基斯坦等30多个国家的60余名2026级来华留学生跨越山海，相聚安徽农业大学。国际教育学院周密部署、暖心服务，扎实有序推进2026级来华留学生迎新各项工作。

On September 5 and 6, over 60 international freshmen of the 2026 cohort from more than 30 countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, gathered at Anhui Agricultural University after traveling across mountains and seas. With careful arrangements and thoughtful services, the School of International Education ensured the smooth progress of registration and related services for the new international students.

国际教育学院高度重视来华留学生迎新工作，坚持“提前谋划、细化流程、服务暖心、管理规范”的工作原则，组织开展迎新志愿者专项培训，全力打造规范化、精细化、人性化的迎新服务体系。

The School of International Education attaches great importance to the orientation and registration of international students. Adhering to the working principle of “advance planning, refined procedures, considerate services and standardized management”, the school has organized special training for volunteers, striving to build a standardized, refined and student-centered registration service system.

本次迎新报到现场秩序井然、氛围热烈。在学校统一部署指导下，校领导亲临报到现场进行工作指导；学院精心设置专属服务工位，工作人员耐心细致做好政策宣讲、材料核验登记与后续备案等工作，切实化解来华留学生入学报到环节遇到的各类实际问题。

The registration site was well-organized with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Under the unified arrangement and guidance of the university, university level leaders went to the on site registration venue to offer care and operational guidance. The school set up dedicated service stations for international students. Staff members meticulously provided policy interpretation, document verification and registration, as well as subsequent filing procedures, to effectively address various practical problems encountered by international students during enrolment registration.

从入校引导、信息登记，到宿舍安置、校园讲解，志愿者们全程陪同、主动服务，以耐心与热情为新生提供全方位帮助，有效缓解新生初到异国的陌生感与不适感。学校领导深入迎新现场，亲切慰问新生，叮嘱大家尽快适应校园生活，主动搭建中外文化交流的桥梁。

Volunteers provided support throughout the entire registration process, including campus guidance, information registration, dormitory arrangement and campus introduction. With patience and enthusiasm, they offered all-round support to help new students overcome the unfamiliarity and challenges of adapting to a new environment. University leaders visited the registration site to greet the new students, encouraging them to adapt to campus life as soon as possible and take the initiative to build bridges for Sino-foreign cultural exchanges.

新生报到后，学院将开展新生入学教育系列活动，围绕来华留学管理规定、签证居留政策、校园安全、反诈知识、学籍管理、学业规划等核心内容开展专题宣讲，帮助新生尽快适应校园生活，为开启新的留学阶段奠定基础。

Following the registration process, the school will launch a series of orientation education activities covering regulations for international students in China, visa and residence policies, campus safety, anti-fraud knowledge, student status management and academic planning. These activities will help new students settle into campus life and lay a solid foundation for their study in China.

此次迎新工作，学院以暖心服务传递校园温度，以规范管理筑牢育人根基。

This registration work has reflected the warmth of the campus through attentive services and strengthened student development with standardized management.
