School of International Education Organizes International Students to Take Part in the “Overseas Scholars Explore the East Sea” 2026 Huangshan Tourism Social Media Trip
本网讯 7月9日—10日，新华网联合黄山旅游集团举办“洋秀才探东海”黄山旅游海媒线下采风活动。我校与合肥工业大学、安徽中医药大学共同选派10名来华留学生和5名带队教师组成国际体验团，以“国际体验官”身份走进黄山风景区，依托全新投运的黄山东大门和东海索道新游览线路，开展两天一夜的山水研学实践，从海外青年视角感受黄山的自然风光、人文底蕴与文旅发展新面貌。
From July 9 to 10, Xinhuanet and Huangshan Tourism Group co-hosted the “Overseas Scholars Explore the East Sea” 2026 Huangshan Tourism Social Media Trip. Ten international students and five teachers from Anhui Agricultural University, Hefei University of Technology, and Anhui University of Chinese Medicine formed an international experience delegation and visited Huangshan Scenic Area as “international experience ambassadors.” Following a newly opened route featuring Huangshan’s East Gate and the East Sea Cableway, the delegation took part in a two-day, one-night study tour, experiencing Huangshan’s natural beauty, cultural heritage, and latest developments in culture and tourism through the eyes of international youth.
本次参与活动的留学生来自苏丹、土耳其、摩洛哥、贝宁、刚果（布）、巴基斯坦等国家。活动期间，团队乘高铁前往黄山，搭乘玉屏索道上山，游览迎客松、百步云梯等核心景点，观赏山间日落，体验石刻拓印、徽菜制作、汉服打卡等徽文化项目；次日清晨，观赏黄山日出。随后，团队下山前往黄山东大门，参观黄山世界地质公园博物馆，乘坐新近开放的东海索道，徒步轩辕云道，打卡特色景观。
The participating international students came from Sudan, Turkey, Morocco, Benin, the Republic of the Congo, Pakistan, and other countries. During the two-day tour, the delegation traveled to Huangshan by high-speed rail and ascended the mountain via the Yuping Cableway. They visited major attractions, including the Guest-Greeting Pine and the Hundred-Step Cloud Ladder, watched the sunset over the mountains, and took part in Huizhou cultural activities such as making rubbings of stone inscriptions, preparing Huizhou cuisine, and posing for photos in Hanfu. Early the next morning, they watched the sunrise over Huangshan. The delegation then descended the mountain and traveled to Huangshan’s East Gate, where they visited the Huangshan Global Geopark Museum, rode the newly opened East Sea Cableway, and hiked along the Xuanyuan Cloud Trail to enjoy the distinctive scenery.
此次“洋秀才探东海”线下采风实践，是我院深化来华留学生国情教育、丰富国际学生社会实践载体、搭建中外青年文明互鉴桥梁的重要活动。活动依托黄山东大门与东海索道等全新文旅资源，引导来华留学生实地感知安徽优质文旅资源与旅游业高质量发展成果，鼓励他们化身中华文化、大美安徽的海外传播使者。
The “Overseas Scholars Explore the East Sea” field trip was an important initiative of the School of International Education to deepen international students’ understanding of China, broaden their opportunities for social practice, and promote mutual learning between Chinese and international youth. Drawing on newly developed cultural and tourism resources, including Huangshan’s East Gate and the East Sea Cableway, the activity enabled international students to experience firsthand Anhui’s rich cultural and tourism resources and the progress the province has made in advancing high-quality tourism development. It also encouraged them to share Chinese culture and the beauty of Anhui with audiences overseas.
