Notice for the Mid-Autumn and National Day Festival Holidays in 2026

各位同学：

根据《国务院办公厅关于2026年部分节假日安排的通知》（国办发明电〔2025〕7号）和学校《关于2026年中秋节、国庆节放假安排的通知》，现将国际教育学院安排通知如下：

Dear international students,

According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2026 and the Notice of the University on the Arrangement of the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival Holidays in 2026, we would like to inform you of the arrangements and reminders as follows:

放假时间

Holiday Schedule

1.中秋节：9月25日（星期五）至27日（星期日）放假，共3天。

2.国庆节：10月1日（周四）至7日（周三）放假调休，共7天。

放假期间课程停上，对于特殊情况不可调整教学周的实验、实习课程，因放假耽误的课程由各教研室、院系实验教学中心自行安排补课。

1.Mid-Autumn Festival: From September 25th (Friday) to 27th (Sunday)

2.National Day: From October 1st (Thursday) to 7th (Wednesday)

There will be no classes during the holidays. If any departments have other arrangements for theoretical, practical, and experimental courses, please follow their instructions.

Reminders

1.中秋节假期有出行计划的学生均需在9月24日16:00前、国庆节假期有出行计划的同学需在9月30日16:00前扫描下方二维码，如实、准确填写《国庆节、中秋节假期去向登记问卷》，留学生研究生须同步向导师请假。所有学生离校及返校时间必须严格按照申请时间执行，如有特殊情况，可提前向班主任汇报。

All students who have travel plans outside of Hefei City during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday are required to scan the QR code below to fill the "Questionnaire for Holiday Destination Registration" before 16:00 on September 24th. Those who have travel plans outside of Hefei City during the National Day holiday are required to fill the questionnaire before 16:00 on September 30th. Graduate students also need to ask for leave from their supervisors. All students must leave and return to campus in strict accordance with the application time, and if there are special circumstances, students can report to the counselor in advance.

Questionnaire for Holiday Destination Registration

2.校内居住的国际学生，需遵守校内住宿相关规定。严禁夜不归宿。严禁外来人员留宿。

International students living in the dormitory should abide by the relevant regulations on campus accommodation. Staying out overnight or allowing outsiders to stay overnight is strictly forbidden.

3.校外居住的国际学生，严格遵守各项法律规定，增强安全防范意识。

International students living off campus should abide by Chinese laws and regulations and pay attention to safety tips.

4.在宿舍内严禁存放或使用各类违禁大功率电器。请注意公寓用水、用电安全，保证人走电断，谨防触电、火灾等事故发生。

It is strictly forbidden to store or use all kinds of prohibited high-power electrical appliances in the dormitory. Use appliances and kitchenware properly and turn off the power when you leave. Avoid electric shocks, fire or other accidents.

5.遵守相关法律法规，不组织或参与违法犯罪活动； 严禁非法打工；严禁酗酒；严禁将自己的护照及其他身份证明借予他人使用。

Abide by regulations and laws, and do not organize or get involved in illegal activities. Illegal employment and alcohol abuse are strictly prohibited. It is also strictly forbidden to lend one’s passport and other identification to others.

6.注意交通安全，遵守交通法规；不得无照驾驶。楼宇内不得进行电动车及电池充电。

Abide by traffic regulations and laws. Do not drive without a valid license. Charging electric bikes and batteries indoors is prohibited.

7.保持身体健康，预防感冒及传染病。秋季到来后，早晚温差较大，请注意保暖，适时增添衣物，以预防感冒及其他传染病的发生。

Maintain your health and prevent colds and other infectious illnesses. As autumn comes, there will be a large temperature difference between day and night, so be sure to dress appropriately.
