According to the Notice of the University on the Arrangement of Summer Vacation of 2025, we would like to inform you of the arrangements and reminders as follows:
放假时间
Holiday Time
7月7日（周一）至8月28日（周四）放假。8月29日（周五）老生返校报到，9月1日（周一）正式上课。9月1日（周一）至2日（周二）老生注册报到。新生报到时间见录取通知书。
Summer vacation time will be from July 7th (Saturday) to August 28th (Thursday) 2025, and student is required to return by August 29th (Friday). New semester class starts from September 1st (Monday). Senior international students registration period is September 1st (Monday) and 2nd (Tuesday). New international student registration period is referred to the admission letter.

Reminders
1.报到注册。同学们须按照学校规定按时到校报到注册。注册报到形式：本人签字（不可代签）。不能及时报到的同学请在8月19日前提交请假申请，获得批准方视为有效，请假程序为：已进入专业的学生向导师/辅导员请假后报国际教育学院审批同意，未进入专业的学生向国际教育学院班主任请假后报国际教育学院审批同意。根据留学生考勤相关规定，未请假离校或请假未获批准连续两周、未参加教学活动且没有完成报到注册的同学，将给予自动退学处理。
Registration. Students are required to sign and register by himself in accordance with the regulations of the school. Students who cannot register in time should apply before August 19th so that the approval will be deemed valid. And the procedure of asking for leave is as follows: students who have entered the major should apply for leave from the tutor/counselor and then report to the School of International Education for approval, and students who have not entered the major should apply for leave from the counselor of the School of International Education. And it will be deemed valid only if approved. According to regulations of international student attendance, students who can’t register on time and are absent from class for two consecutive weeks without any approvals will be seen giving up the study qualification.
2.严格请销假管理。所有假期有出行计划的学生均需在7月6日下午5:00前扫描下方二维码，如实、准确填写《假期去向登记问卷》，留学生研究生须同步向导师请假。其中申请假期回国的学生还须在7月6日下午5:00前填写《安徽农业大学留学生外出申请表》（附件一），经导师及专业所在学院同意后，报国际教育学院批准方可回国。所有学生离校及返校时间必须严格按照申请时间执行，如有特殊情况，可提前向导师和班主任汇报。
Obey the regulations of asking or canceling the leave. All students who have travel plans during the holiday are required to scan the QR code below to fill the “Questionnaire of Holiday Destination Registration” before 5:00 pm. on July 6th. Graduate students need to ask for leave from supervisor at the same time. Particularly, student who is going to leave China during the holiday must also fill the “Exit Application Form” (Annex 1), and submit to the School of International Education before 5：00 pm. After getting all the approvals, students can leave school for destination country. All students must leave and return to school in strict accordance with the application time, and if there are special circumstances, students can report to the supervisor and counselor in advance.

3.遵守相关法律法规。不组织或参与违法犯罪活动；严禁非法打工；严禁酗酒；严禁将自己的护照及其他身份证明借予他人使用。
Abide by regulations and laws, do not organize or involve in illegal activities. Illegal employment and alcohol abuse are strictly prohibited. It is also strictly forbidden to lend one's passport and other identification to others.
4.校内居住的国际学生，需严格遵守校内住宿相关规定。严禁夜不归宿。严禁外来人员留宿。在宿舍内严禁存放或使用各类违禁大功率电器。请注意公寓用水、用电安全，保证人走电断，谨防触电、火灾等事故发生。公寓和综合楼管理员将在假期加强留学生公寓日常安全检查及学生夜不归宿查寝工作的力度。
International students living in the dormitory should abide by the relevant regulations on campus accommodation. Staying out all night or outsiders staying overnight is strictly forbidden. It is strictly forbidden for outsiders to stay overnight. It is strictly forbidden to store or use all kinds of prohibited high-power electrical appliances in the dormitory. Use all the appliances and kitchen wares in the right way, turn off the power after you leave. Avoid electric shock, fire or other incidents happening. The teacher of the apartment and the complex building shall heighten the daily safety inspection of the dormitory and the work of checking students in the dormitory at night.
5.校外居住的国际学生，需严格遵守社区管理规定，不得从事危害中国国家安全以及违反中国法律和法规、公序良俗等活动。国际学生在校外住宿时发生突发或紧急情况，应及时报告公安部门或社区管理人员和国际教育学院，并积极配合进行处理。
International students living off-campus should abide by the community management regulations and shall not engage in activities that endanger China’s national security or violate China’s laws, regulations and public order and morality. When meeting sudden or emergency situations during off-campus accommodation, international students should promptly report to the public security authorities or community management personnel and the School of International Education, and actively cooperate in the handling of such situations.
6.注意交通安全。合肥市区内出行请遵守交通规则，骑行需规范佩戴头盔，不得无牌驾驶，不得搭载12周岁以上人士。离开合肥市区需提前向导师和班主任报备。
Pay attention to traffic safety. Abide by traffic regulations and laws when traveling in Hefei, wear helmets when riding, and do not drive without a license. Electric vehicles are not allowed to carry people over the age of 12. If you leave Hefei, remember to report to your supervisor and counselor in advance.
7.学会自救逃生。在火灾等事故发生时要按照平时掌握的正确防护和疏散逃生方法进行自救逃生，切不要乘坐电梯，避开人群拥挤，确保能够安全逃生。
Learn some surviving skills in emergency. When there is a fire or other accidents, it is necessary to escape in accordance with the correct protection and evacuation methods that you master in your daily life, and do not take the elevator and avoid crowds to ensure that you can escape safely.
8.预防溺水事故。夏季天气炎热，严禁私自到江河、湖泊、水库、池塘等野外水域游泳或戏水。
Prevention of drowning accidents. In hot summer, it is strictly prohibited to swim or play in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, ponds and other wild waters.
