一、活动背景
为进一步推动学科交叉融合，提升中外研究生学术创新能力，搭建高层次学术交流平台，推动跨文化交流与学术合作，现拟定于2025年6月21日（周六）举办“感知中国——智耕沃野·青禾留声”中外研究生学术交流会。现将有关事项通知如下：
I. Activity Background
To further promote interdisciplinary integration, enhance the academic innovation capabilities of Chinese and international graduate students, and build a high-level platform for academic exchange and cross-cultural collaboration, the "Perceiving China—Smart Farming·Voices of Youth" Sino-Foreign Graduate Academic Exchange Forum will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025.Relevant details are hereby notified as follows:

聚焦农业领域前沿研究，通过学术报告、墙报展示的形式交流科研成果，促进学术对话，活跃创新意识。

Wisdom in the Fields · Voices of Young Crops
Focusing on cutting-edge research in the agricultural field, this activity will exchange scientific research through academic reports and poster displays. It aims to promote academic dialogue and activate innovative thinking.

2.遴选学术墙报做口头报告。（时长10分钟；报告语言为英语）

Academic Achievement Collection
1. Academic posters are collected from Chinese and international postgraduates across the university. (Posters should be in English)
2. Selected academic posters will be presented as oral reports. (Duration: 10 minutes; Report language: English)

八、参与方式
1.在截止日期前请扫下方二维码填写报名信息。
2.意向参与同学请在附件1墙报模板中制作学术墙报并提交至学院，并以“学术交流会-学院-硕士/博士-姓名”命名。
3.各学院在截止日期前将学生投稿汇总发送至邮箱：ioff@ahau.edu.cn。
4.投稿截止日期：5月30日12:00。
VIII. Participation Methods
1. Please scan the QR code below to fill in the registration information before the deadline.
2. Students intending to participate should make academic posters in the Attachment 1 Poster Template and submit them to the colleges, naming them as "Academic Exchange Meeting - College - Master/Doctor - Name".
3. Each college should summarize the students' submissions and send them to the email: ioff@ahau.edu.cn before the deadline.
4. Submission Deadline: 12:00, May 30.
