根据《国务院办公厅关于2025年部分节假日安排的通知》和我校《关于2025年“五一”劳动节放假安排的通知》，现将我院安排通知如下：

Dear international students,

According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2025 and the Notice of the University on the Arrangement of The International Labour Day of 2025, we would like to inform you of the arrangements and reminders as follows:

放假时间

Holiday Time

5月1日—5日放假调休，共5天。放假期间课程停上，对于特殊情况不可调整教学周的实验、实习课程，因放假耽误的课程由各教研室、院系实验教学中心自行安排补课。

There will be five days off from May 1st (Thursday) to May 5th (Monday) for The International Labour Day. There will be no classes during the holidays. If some colleges have other arrangements for theoretical, practical, and experimental courses, please follow their instructions.

Reminders

1.所有假期有出行计划的学生均需在4月29日下午17:00前扫描下方二维码，如实、准确填写《劳动节假期去向登记问卷》，留学生研究生须同步向导师请假。所有学生离校及返校时间必须严格按照申请时间执行，如有特殊情况，可提前向班主任汇报。

All students who have travel plans during the holiday are required to scan the QR code below to fill the "Questionnaire of Holiday Destination Registration" before 17:00 pm. on April 29. Graduate students need to ask for leave from supervisor at the same time. All students must leave and return to school in strict accordance with the application time, and if there are special circumstances, students can report to the counselor in advance.

2.校内居住的国际学生，需遵守校内住宿相关规定。严禁夜不归宿。严禁外来人员留宿。

International students living in the dormitory should abide by the relevant regulations on campus accommodation. Staying out all night or outsiders stay overnight is strictly forbidden.

3.校外居住的国际学生，严格遵守各项法律规定，增强安全防范意识。

International students living off-campus should abide by the Chinese laws and regulations, and pay attention to the safety tips.

4.在宿舍内严禁存放或使用各类违禁大功率电器。请注意公寓用水、用电安全，保证人走电断，谨防触电、火灾等事故发生。

It is strictly forbidden to store or use all kinds of prohibited high-power electrical appliances in the dormitory. Use all the appliances and kitchen wares in the right way, turn off the power after you leave. Avoid electric shock, fire or other incidents happening.

5.遵守相关法律法规，不组织或参与违法犯罪活动；严禁非法打工；严禁酗酒；严禁将自己的护照及其他身份证明借予他人使用。

Abide by regulations and laws, do not organize or involve in illegal activities. Illegal employment and alcohol abuse are strictly prohibited. It is also strictly forbidden to lend one's passport and other identification to others.

6.注意交通安全，遵守交通法规；不得无照驾驶。楼宇内不得进行电动车及电池充电。

Abide by traffic regulations and laws. Do not drive without a valid license. It is forbidden to charge battery indoor.

7.预防溺水事故。夏季天气炎热，严禁私自到江河、湖泊、水库、池塘等野外水域游泳或戏水。

Prevention of drowning accidents. In hot summer weather, it is strictly prohibited to swim or play in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, ponds and other wild waters.
