我校2024年寒假安排已出，根据我院实际情况，现将具体安排通知如下：
The winter vacation of 2024 will begin, we would like to inform you of the arrangements and reminders as follows:

1月13日（周六）至2月23日（周五）放假，2月24日（周六）、2月25日（周日）学生返校报到，2月26日（周一）正式上课。新学期开学初留学生注册时间是2月26-27日。
Dear all international students:
Student vacation time will be from January 13th (Saturday) to February 23th (Friday) 2024, and student is required to return by February 24th (Saturday) and 25th (Sunday). New Semester starts from February 26th (Monday). The registration period for international students is February 26th (Monday) and 27th (Tuesday).

Reminders
1．报到注册。同学们须按照学校规定按时到校报到注册。注册报到形式：本人签字（不可代签）。 不能及时报到的同学请在2月22日前，按规定需向导师和国际教育学院班主任提交请假申请，获得批准方视为有效。根据留学生考勤相关规定，未请假离校或请假未获批准连续两周、未参加教学活动且没有完成报到注册的同学，将给予自动退学处理。
Registration. Students are required to sign and register by himself in accordance with the regulations of the school. Students who are unable to register on time should hand application first and ask approval from tutors and counselors before February 22. And it will be deemed valid only if approved. According to regulations of international student attendance, students who can’t register on time and are absent from class for two consecutive weeks without any approvals will be seen giving up the study qualification.
2．严格请销假管理。所有假期有出行计划的学生均需在1月13日下午5:00前扫描下方二维码，如实、准确填写《假期去向登记问卷》，留学生研究生须同步向导师请假。其中申请假期回国的学生还须在1月13日下午5:00前填写《安徽农业大学留学生回国申请表》（附件一），经导师及专业所在学院同意后，报国际教育学院方可回国。所有学生离校及返校时间必须严格按照申请时间执行，如有特殊情况，可提前向班主任汇报。
Obey the regulations of asking or canceling the leave. All students who have travel plans during the holiday are required to scan the QR code below to fill the "Questionnaire of Holiday Destination Registration" before 5:00 pm. on January 13. Particularly, student who is going to leave China during the holiday must also fill the "Application Form of Leaving China for International Students in Anhui Agricultural University " (Annex 1) , and submit to the School of International Education before 5:00 pm. on January 13. After getting all the approvals, students can leave school for destination country. All students must leave and return to school in strict accordance with the application time, and if there are special circumstances, students can report to the counselor in advance.

3. 校内居住的留学生，需遵守校内住宿相关规定。严禁夜不归宿。严禁外来人员留宿。
International students living in the dormitory should abide by the relevant regulations on campus accommodation. Staying out all night or outsiders stay overnight is strictly forbidden.
4. 校外居住的留学生，严格遵守各项法律规定。提高安全防范意识。
International students living off-campus should abide by the Chinese laws and regulations, and pay attention to the safety tips.
5. 在宿舍内严禁存放或使用各类违禁大功率电器。请注意公寓用水、用电安全，保证人走电断，谨防触电、火灾等事故发生。
It is strictly forbidden to store or use all kinds of prohibited high-power electrical appliances in the dormitory. Use all the appliances and kitchen wares in the right way, turn off the power after you leave. Avoid electric shock, fire or other incidents happening.
6. 遵守相关法律法规，不组织或参与违法犯罪活动; 严禁非法打工。
Abide by regulations and laws, do not organize or involve in illegal activities. Illegal employment is strictly prohibited.
7. 注意交通安全，遵守交通法规；不得无照驾驶。楼宇内不得进行电动车及电池充电。
Abide by traffic regulations and laws. Do not drive without a valid license. It is forbidden to charge battery indoor.
8. 冬季呼吸道传染病和部分肠道传染病易发，请大家保持良好的个人防护意识，勤洗手、常通风，乘坐公共交通工具和出入人群密集场所时，请科学佩戴口罩。
Respiratory infections and some intestinal infections are susceptible in winter. Please maintain the awareness of personal protection, washing hands frequently and keep regular ventilation. Please wear masks when taking public transportation or going crowded places.
9. 公寓和综合楼管理员将在假期加强留学生公寓日常安全检查及学生夜不归宿查寝工作。
The teacher of the apartment and the complex building shall heighten the daily safety inspection of the dormitory and the work of checking students in the dormitory at night.
请全体留学生按通知要求执行。如有任何疑问，可询问国际教育学院班主任。祝同学们假期平安、快乐！
