关于2024年清明节放假通知

Notice For Tomb Sweeping Day of 2024

我校2024年清明节放假安排已出，根据我院实际情况，现将具体安排通知如下：

The Qingming or Tomb Sweeping Day of 2024 will begin, we would like to inform you of the arrangements and reminders as follows:

4月4日（星期四）至4月6日（星期六）放假调休，共三天。4月7日（星期天）补上4月5日（星期五）的课。放假期间课程停上，因放假和补课耽误的理论、实践、实验课程，请根据培养学院安排上课。

Dear international students,

There will be three days off from April 4th (Thursday) to April 6th (Saturday) for a traditional Chinese festival, Qingming or Tomb Sweeping Day.

On April 7th (Sunday), classes will be held according to the timetable for April 5th (Friday). There will be no classes during the holidays. If some colleges have other arrangements for theoretical, practical, and experimental courses, please follow their instructions.

Reminders

1.所有假期有出行计划的学生均需在4月3日中午12:00前扫描下方二维码，如实、准确填写《清明节假期去向登记问卷》，留学生研究生须同步向导师请假。所有学生离校及返校时间必须严格按照申请时间执行，如有特殊情况，可提前向班主任汇报。

All students who have travel plans during the holiday are required to scan the QR code below to fill the "Questionnaire of Holiday Destination Registration" before 12:00 pm. on April 3. Graduate students need to ask for leave from supervisor at the same time. All students must leave and return to school in strict accordance with the application time, and if there are special circumstances, students can report to the counselor in advance.

2.校内居住的国际学生，需遵守校内住宿相关规定。严禁夜不归宿。严禁外来人员留宿。

International students living in the dormitory should abide by the relevant regulations on campus accommodation. Staying out all night or outsiders stay overnight is strictly forbidden.

3.校外居住的国际学生，严格遵守各项法律规定，提高安全防范意识。

International students living off-campus should abide by the Chinese laws and regulations, and pay attention to the safety tips.

4.在宿舍内严禁存放或使用各类违禁大功率电器。请注意公寓用水、用电安全，保证人走电断，谨防触电、火灾等事故发生。

It is strictly forbidden to store or use all kinds of prohibited high-power electrical appliances in the dormitory. Use all the appliances and kitchen wares in the right way, turn off the power after you leave. Avoid electric shock, fire or other incidents happening.

5.遵守相关法律法规，不组织或参与违法犯罪活动; 严禁非法打工。

Abide by regulations and laws, do not organize or involve in illegal activities. Illegal employment is strictly prohibited.

6.注意交通安全，遵守交通法规；不得无照驾驶。楼宇内不得进行电动车及电池充电。

Abide by traffic regulations and laws. Do not drive without a valid license. It is forbidden to charge battery indoor.

7.春季呼吸道传染病和部分肠道传染病易发，请大家保持良好的个人防护意识，勤洗手、常通风，乘坐公共交通工具和出入人群密集场所时，请科学佩戴口罩。

Respiratory infections and some intestinal infections are susceptible in spring. Please maintain the awareness of personal protection, washing hands frequently and keep regular ventilation. Please wear masks when taking public transportation or going crowded places.
