根据《国务院办公厅关于2025年部分节假日安排的通知》和我校《关于2025年寒假工作安排的通知》，现将我院安排通知如下：

According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2025 and the Notice of the University on the Arrangement of Winter Vacation of 2025, we would like to inform you of the arrangements and reminders as follows:
放假时间

1月13日（周一）至2月21日（周五）放假，2月22日（周六）、2月23日（周日）学生返校报到，2月24日（周一）正式上课。新学期开学初留学生注册时间是2月24日。
Student vacation time will be from January 13th (Monday) to February 21th (Friday) 2025, and student is required to return by February 22th (Saturday) and 23th (Sunday). New Semester starts from February 24th (Monday). The registration period for international students is February 24th (Monday).

Reminders
1.报到注册。同学们须按照学校规定按时到校报到注册。注册报到形式：本人签字（不可代签）。不能及时报到的同学请在2月17日前，按规定需向导师和国际教育学院班主任提交请假申请，获得批准方视为有效。根据留学生考勤相关规定，未请假离校或请假未获批准连续两周、未参加教学活动且没有完成报到注册的同学，将给予自动退学处理。
Registration. Students are required to sign and register by himself in accordance with the regulations of the school. Students who are unable to register on time should hand application first and ask approval from tutors and counselors before February 17th. And it will be deemed valid only if approved. According to regulations of international student attendance, students who can’t register on time and are absent from class for two consecutive weeks without any approvals will be seen giving up the study qualification.
2.严格请销假管理。所有假期有出行计划的学生均需在1月13日下午5:00前扫描下方二维码，如实、准确填写《假期去向登记问卷》，留学生研究生须同步向导师请假。其中申请假期回国的学生还须在1月13日下午5:00前填写《安徽农业大学留学生回国申请表》（附件一），经导师及专业所在学院同意后，报国际教育学院方可回国。所有学生离校及返校时间必须严格按照申请时间执行，如有特殊情况，可提前向班主任汇报。
Obey the regulations of asking or canceling the leave. All students who have travel plans during the holiday are required to scan the QR code below to fill the "Questionnaire of Holiday Destination Registration" before 5:00 pm. on January 13. Particularly, student who is going to leave China during the holiday must also fill the "Application Form of Leaving China for International Students in Anhui Agricultural University " (Annex 1) , and submit to the School of International Education before 5:00 pm. on January 13. After getting all the approvals, students can leave school for destination country. All students must leave and return to school in strict accordance with the application time, and if there are special circumstances, students can report to the counselor in advance.

3.遵守相关法律法规。不组织或参与违法犯罪活动; 严禁涉毒、非法就业、非法居留等违法乱纪行为；严禁在禁放区域燃放烟花爆竹；提高用电安全、消防安全、反诈安全等方面防范意识。
Abide by regulations and laws. Do not organize or involve in illegal activities. Illegal drugs, employment, residence are all strictly prohibited. It is also strictly forbidden to set off fireworks in prohibited areas. Awareness of safety(electricity safety, fire safety, fraud safety, etc.) should be raised.
4.校内居住的国际学生，需严格遵守校内住宿相关规定。严禁夜不归宿。严禁外来人员留宿。在宿舍内严禁存放或使用各类违禁大功率电器。请注意公寓用水、用电安全，保证人走电断，谨防触电、火灾等事故发生。公寓和综合楼管理员将在假期加强留学生公寓日常安全检查及学生夜不归宿查寝工作。
International students living in the dormitory should abide by the relevant regulations on campus accommodation. Staying out all night or outsiders staying overnight is strictly forbidden. It is strictly forbidden to store or use all kinds of prohibited high-power electrical appliances in the dormitory. Use all the appliances and kitchen wares in the right way, turn off the power after you leave. Avoid electric shock, fire or other incidents happening. The teacher of the apartment and the complex building shall heighten the daily safety inspection of the dormitory and the work of checking students in the dormitory at night.
5.校外居住的国际学生，需严格遵守社区管理规定。使用燃煤、木柴等燃料供热的家庭，要注意保持通风，防止发生一氧化碳中毒事故。
International students living off-campus should abide by the community management regulations. Households that use coal, firewood and other fuels for heating should pay attention to maintaining ventilation to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning accidents.
6.注意交通安全。合肥市区内出行请遵守交通规则，骑行需规范佩戴头盔，不得无牌驾驶。离开合肥市区需提前向班主任报备。
Pay attention to traffic safety. Abide by traffic regulations and laws when traveling in Hefei, wear helmets when riding, and do not drive without a license. If you leave Hefei, remember to report to your counsellor in advance.
7.学会自救逃生。在火灾等事故发生时要按照平时掌握的正确防护和疏散逃生方法进行自救逃生，且不要乘坐电梯，避开人群拥挤，确保能够安全逃生。
Learn some surviving skills in emergency. When there is a fire or other accidents, it is necessary to escape in accordance with the correct protection and evacuation methods that you master in your daily life, and do not take the elevator and avoid crowds to ensure that you can escape safely.
8.注意防范雨雪天气。出行前，务必关注天气预报和路况信息，合理规划行程，尽量避开恶劣天气时段出行。
Prepare for rain, snow and other extreme weather. Before traveling, be sure to check the weather forecast and road condition. Plan your trip reasonably, and try to avoid bad weather when traveling.
9.保持良好的个人卫生习惯。冬季呼吸道传染病和部分肠道传染病易发，请大家勤洗手、常通风，乘坐公共交通工具和出入人群密集场所时，请科学佩戴口罩。
Keep good personal hygiene habits. Respiratory infections and some intestinal infections are susceptible in winter. Please wash hands frequently and keep regular ventilation. Please wear masks when taking public transportation or going crowded places.
