School of International Education Conducts Graduation-Season Dormitory Inspection

本网讯 6月9日晚，国际教育学院组织开展宿舍安全卫生专项检查暨毕业生走访工作。本次检查由副院长丁惠带队，全体留管人员共同参与。

On the evening of June 9th, the School of International Education organized a special inspection of dormitory safety and hygiene, together with visits to graduating students in their dormitories. The inspection was led by Deputy Dean Ding Hui, with all staff members responsible for international student affairs participating.

此次走访检查了学院全部学生宿舍，重点排查用电安全、消防安全、室内卫生、物品摆放等关键内容，针对检查中发现的杂物堆放、卫生疏漏、用电不规范等问题，现场督促学生立即整改，切实将安全隐患排查到位、整改到位。同时，老师们专门走访毕业生宿舍，与留学生亲切交流，细致询问离校准备情况，耐心宣讲文明离校相关要求，倡导同学们自觉遵守校纪校规，整理好个人物品、妥善处理遗留物资，保持宿舍整洁风貌。

The inspection covered all international student dormitories, focusing on electrical safety, fire safety, indoor hygiene and the proper organization of personal belongings. When issues such as clutter, inadequate cleaning, and unsafe use of electrical appliances were identified, staff members asked students to address them promptly and followed up on the required corrective actions.

Meanwhile, teachers made special visits to graduating students in their dormitories. They had friendly conversations with the students, carefully checked their preparations for departure, and elaborated on the requirements for leaving campus in a safe and orderly manner. The school encouraged students to abide by university rules and regulations, sort out personal belongings, properly dispose of unwanted items, and leave their dormitories clean and tidy.

此次全面检查与暖心走访，既排查了安全隐患，也传递了学院的关怀，进一步强化了学生的安全与文明意识，为毕业生平安有序离校营造了良好氛围。

The comprehensive inspection and thoughtful visits not only helped identify and address potential safety hazards but also conveyed the school’s care and support for its students. The activity has further strengthened students’ awareness of safety and responsible conduct, creating a favorable atmosphere for the safe and orderly departure of graduating students.
